ALL DIFFERENT, ALL EQUAL / I AM LIKE YOU, BUT DIFFERENT
The Integration to Diversity Commitee (CID), was created with the firm purpose in mind of working for the social justice of every human being.

This includes all of us as members of the AIM as part of the diversity which goes beyond race, nationality, color, ideologies, gender or talents that you might have.

Our MISSION is that as a society we achieve the acceptance of all persons no matter what differences we might have; also to work on tolerance and the search of ample and sustainable proposals on the issues of discrimination and equality of rights.

Our OBJECTIVE is to achieve, in regular educational systems like the AIM, the inclusion of children considered differently abled even though we all have different capabilities. We want to achieve a new perspective full of opportunities for disabled persons which will help others see the benefits of being close to them. We're more alike than different.

Disabled people are wonderful persons who teach us that everything can be achieved no matter how much you have to struggle. They teach us that dreams can come through and goals can be reached through hard work, acceptance, education, love and self confidence. Later on we will be asking ourselves whose integration it is…theirs or ours?
