VISSION

AIM Parents, united and working for a better school
and community.


MISSION

Strengthen the relationship between Parents and
AIM by means of a Values based communication,
in order to achieve the objectives set by both
Parents and AIM to benefit an integral formation
for our children and family integration; likewise,
we pursue greater integration between Parents
through events for them and events with our
children.


VALUES

Being congruent with the set of Values followed
and promoted by AIM, our Values are:
- Trustworthiness: Encompasses the following qualities: honesty, integrity, reliability, and loyalty. Being trustworthy means keeping promises and doing one's best not to deceive.
 

- Respect: The Golden Rule is the most useful guide here: Treat others as you wish to be treated. That means being courteous, listening to others, and accepting individual differences.
- Responsibility: Includes accountability, self-control, and the pursuit of excellence. Being responsible also requires that we carefully consider the consequences of our choices before we make them.
- Fairness: We must play by the rules and not take advantage of others.
- Caring: Kindness, compassion and altruism. We should try to minimize hardship when ethical decisions are involved and to help others whenever possible.
- Citizenship: Work to make our community better, being committed to protecting the environment and making our social institutions work, respecting the law and established regulations.
