An important component of our i-PAL program is our personalization of education, in order to have this, we have our educational support team which is in charge of giving the special follow-up to students and identify any special need depending on their age. |

We have i-PAL Coaches and Counselors for each area : Exploratory, Lower Development, Upper
Development and Specialization. i-PAL Coaches
i-PAL Coaches give support to our students in the academic areas. Any student that may need special
coaching in any academic area will have a special follow-up by this person. Counselors Counselors, on the other hand, are in charge of the socio-emotional development of our students, therefore they will always be aware of any special needs or support that our students may have in this area. |
